12 West Brewing concludes its reign as brewery of the month at The Brass Tap in Mesa with a tapping of Deadbolt, its bourbon-barrel-aged Russian imperial stout, at 3 p.m. today. The Gilbert brewery also will be raffling off glassware, shirts, and a brew day on its 1-barrel system with head brewer Noel Garcia.
