Smokin Fins, an Idaho-based concept that offers seafood, sushi, and smoked meats, has opened its first Arizona location in the former Stingray Sushi space on the southeast corner of I-10 and Ray in west Chandler.
The menu features a wide variety of seafood, including a dozen sushi rolls (as well and sashimi and nigiri), six salads with seafood, four kinds of seafood tacos, clam chowder, poke bowls, and eight seafood entrees.
In an effort to appeal to non-seafood fans, Smokin Fins also offers burgers, sandwiches, pasta, Southern fried Nashville chicken, Kurobuta pork, and ‘‘American Kobe’’ (wagyu) steak.
The Arizona location opens at 11 a.m. daily for lunch and dinner.
Smokin Fins is part of what’s known as the ‘‘Fins’’ restaurant group, which also includes Lucky Fins. The group has a total of six locations in Idaho, Colorado, and Arizona.
