Doughbird Pizza & Rotisserie, the latest brand from Valley restaurateur Sam Fox, opens today on the southwest corner of 44th Street and Indian School in Arcadia.
It’s the 16th brand from the prolific Fox, whose others include True Food Kitchen, Zinburger, Culinary Dropout, and Olive & Ivy.
Eleven Doughbird pizzas, ranging from $14-$16, include Bacon & Truffled Eggs, Barbeque Beef with charred corn and jalapeño pesto, and Brussels Sprout with sweet potato, bacon, and pistachios.
The rotisserie offers free-range chicken ($17 half-bird, $24 whole), prime rib ($27-$33), and seafood (market price). There also are five salads and four sandwiches. See menu.
Like most Fox concepts, the bar has craft beer (draft and bottle), wine (glass, carafe, bottle) and specialty cocktails.
Hours are 11:30-9:30 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
