The Perch in Chandler will have a rare tapping of a cask of its Cafe Rodo Coffee Porter – a dark and creamery beer made with Scottsdale-based Passport Coffee, vanilla beans, and lactose – at 3 p.m. today.

Cask-conditioned beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, with no added carbon dioxide or nitrogen.
