July 14: Bastille Day at Cuisine & Wine Bistro in Gilbert & Chandler

Cuisine & Wine Bistro will celebrate Bastille Day – the French equivalent of America’s Fourth of July – from 3-10 p.m. Friday, July 14.

The celebration will include wine, music, and a traditional French menu created by chef-owner Fabrice Buschtetz, a native of France.

The special menu items at the Gilbert location:

• Rillettes
• Pate en Croute 
• Bavette aux Echalotes
• Fabrice’s Famous Escargots
• Quiche du Jour
• Crème brûlée

The Chandler menu:

• Cuisses de Grenouille 
• Steak Tartare
• Bavette aux Echalottes
• Fabrice’s Famous Escargots
• Quiche du Jour
• Crème brûlée

Each location also will host a French wine tasting. Reservations are recommended for the tasting; call 480-497-1422 for Gilbert or 480-275-6700 for Chandler.

French folk singer Cecile Hortensia will perform from 7-10 p.m. in Gilbert. Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, and Charles Aznavour will play in Chandler.
