The Beer Research Institute in Mesa will host a charcuterie and Belgian-style beer pairing at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 20.
The charcuterie and cheese board will feature crispy pancetta with smoked Gouda, chorizo with honey chèvre, dry salami soppressata with sharp white cheddar, and prosciutto with Humboldt Fog goat cheese.
The board will be paired with four 8-ounce pours:
- Lolli Imperial Belgian Ale
- Danger Noodle Belgian Tripel
- Penchant for Buggery Belgian Pale Ale
- BRI 2015 Anniversary Ale (Chardonnay barrel-aged Lolli)
Tickets to the tasting are $30. Buy your ticket on the BRI website or at the brewery. You must bring a paid receipt the night of the event so be sure to print and save your ticket.
