Bangers & Colcannon, a Curry Chicken Sandwich, and Fibber’s Nachos (pictured above) are just a few of the new menu additions at Fibber Magees Irish Pub in Chandler.
In an effort to ‘‘summerize’’ its menu with some lighter options, the popular neighborhood hangout has added more than a dozen new items, including:
- Bangers & Colcannon ($11.99, shown below): Irish sausage with traditional Colcannon mashed potatoes with kale and mushroom-onion gravy.
- Bistro Steak ($14.99): Grilled beef tenderloin with Bushmaills whiskey glaze, scalloped potatoes, and roasted Brussels sprouts.
- Lemon Garlic Shrimp Linguine ($11.99): Extra jumbo shrimp sauteed in garlic, lemon, spinach, kale, grape tomatoes, and parmesan.
- Curry Chicken Sandwich ($10.99) on toasted brioche bread.
- Steak Sandwich ($12.99): Grilled tenderloin with melted bleu cheese, mixed greens, and pickled red onion.
- County Cork ($10.99): Rashers, roasted potato slices, leeks, tomato, cheddar, and garlic aioli.
- B.C.T. ($10.99); Crispy bacon, lettuce, Caesar dressing, and parmesan.
- Fibber’s Nachos ($12.49): Fresh-cut potato chips topped with smoked queso sauce, pulled pork, pico de gallo, and pickled jalapenos.
- Spinach & Kale Salad ($9.99): With fresh strawberries, goat cheese, candied walnuts, and strawberry vinaigrette.
- Steak Salad ($13.99): Cajun spice-rubbed tenderloin, corn, black beans, red pepper, pickled red onion, and jalapeno-lime dressing.
- 4 Cheese & Spinach Flat Bread ($11.29)
- Brussels Sprouts ($7.69): Pan-roasted with butter, bacon, onion, garlic, and chili flakes.
- Strawberry Streusel ($7.49)
In addition, Fibber’s still has happy hour from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 3-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
