The Local Chandler, a sports-themed restaurant and lounge, has opened in the former 55 Chicago building, next to The Perch brewpub, in downtown Chandler. The venue features 25 TVs and a projector on the back patio. The kitchen (see menu) offers burgers, sandwiches, flatbreads, and tacos.
