1. The third annual AZCentral.com Food & Wine Experience will take place Saturday, Nov. 4, and Sunday, Nov. 5, at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick (map) in Scottsdale.
2. The main event is the Grand Tasting, which runs 1-4 p.m. each day. General admission is $85 per day and includes unlimited samples from 50-plus Valley restaurants; wine, craft beer, and spirits tastings; cooking demonstrations; and seminars.
3. A VIP Grand Tasting package includes early entry at noon, preferred parking, access to VIP Lounge, and other perks for $120 per day. (Sold out Saturday)
4. Festival headliner Martha Stewart will do a cooking demo at 1:30 p.m. Saturday and host a book signing and wine tasting at 3:15 p.m. Saturday. Tickets for the signing/tasting are $325. Stewart will attend the fest Saturday only.
5. Valley chefs appearing on cooking stages will include Rich Hinojsa of CRUjiente Tacos at 2:15 Saturday, father and son Robert and Jason McGrath at 1:15 Sunday and George Frasher of Frasher’s at 1:30 Sunday.
