If you’re a bourbon drinker, you’ll want to circle Wednesday, Feb. 21, on your calendar. That’s the day Bourbon Jacks in downtown Chandler will hold a fabulous four-course, small-batch bourbon dinner.
Seating is very limited.  Fewer than 20 of the $54 tickets were left as of last week. Only four of the $54 tickets were left as of this morning.
Bourbon Jacks, however, has reserved one free seat for a lucky MXSW reader. If you’re interested in attending, email your name and phone number (with the subject line ‘‘Bourbon Dinner”) to jess@mouthbysouthwest.com.

Here’s a look at chef Brandon Fernandez’s menu, along with the small-batch bourbon pairings:
- Course #1: Warm Bourbon Cajun Dip (crawfish, crab, chive, sweet red pepper, Cajun toast points). Paired with Basil Hayden’s.
- Course #2: Creole Crusted Beef Carpaccio (mache greens, fried capers, dusted parmesan, housemade cipollini onions, honey white truffle aioli). Paired with Knob Creek.
- Course #3: Herb Marinated Beef Tenderloin (opal basil chimichurri, grilled purple potato, smoked chile crab salad, jumbo asparagus, fried basil chips). Paired with Baker’s.
- Course #4: Warm Double Chocolate Cake (whiskey ganache, housemade bourbon pecan ice cream, Fabbri cherries). Paired with Booker’s.
