The restaurant opened Sunday but is flying a bit under the radar with no website, no Facebook page, and no Yelp page.

A lengthy breakfast menu includes such highlights as:

  • Hatch Green Chile Pork Skillet: Potatoes, pork carnitas, and two eggs any style covered in Hatch green chile sauce ($9.99)
  • The Crowned Omelet: Three eggs, applewood bacon, pork sausage, ham, mushrooms, green and red bell peppers, red onion, tomato, cheese, and toast ($10.99).
  • Chicken Fried Steak: Two eggs any style, house-made chicken fried steak, sausage gravy, potatoes, and toast ($10.99).
  • Berry Griddle Pancakes: Two eggs any style, two buttermilk pancakes, fresh berries, and choice of bacon, pork sausage, turkey sausage, or ham steak.

For lunch, there are three salads ($10.99), eight sandwiches ($9.99-$10.99), and three burgers ($9.99-$10.99).

The Crowned Egg is open 6 a.m.-2:30 p.m. daily.
