Updates on a trio of East Valley restaurant openings:
QuartHaus, a craft beer and wine bar in downtown Chandler, has pushed its planned April 30 opening back to May 5 due to some final touches and inspections.
Las Palmas Cantina, a Yucatan-inspired restaurant and bar taking over the former Vintage 95 building (pictured) in downtown Chandler, has announced its soft opening likely will be May 10 with the grand opening May 19.
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, a national chain serving steaks and seafood in an upscale lodge-like setting, will open in June near SanTan Village in Gilbert. The exact date has not been determined.
