If you’re a fan of San Diego brewery Ballast Point you might want to check out the Wednesday, May 30, beer dinner at Flancer’s in Gilbert.
The food and beer pairings:
- 1st course: Avocado & cilantro hummus with housemade flatbread. Paired with Fathom IPA.
- 2nd course: Baby spring mix, blood orange, edamame, toasted almonds, crispy bacon, and parmesan croutons with a Grapefruit Sculpin vinaigrette. Paired with Grapefruit Sculpin.
- 3rd course: Pan-seared mahi mahi with chile-lime butter, quinoa pilaf with sundried tomato, and grilled asparagus. Paired with Bonito Blonde Ale.
- 4th course: Fresh berry & kiwi tart with prickly pear whipped cream. Paired with Sour Wench Blackberry Ale.
The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. Costs is $40 per person ($32 without beer pairings).
