Flying Basset Brewing, which opened four months ago in Gilbert, will launch a weekly trivia night on Wednesday, May 16.
Wednesdays already are the day the brewery offers half-price draft beers for happy hour from 3-6 p.m. Trivia will start at 6:30 p.m.
Anyone is invited to play trivia as an individual or part of a team. It’s free to play, and prizes include gift cards and swag.
On Saturday, May 19, Flying Basset’s brewers and chef will compete in Holes for Hounds, an Ahwatukee golf tournament to raise money for the Arizona Basset Hound Rescue.
The brewery previously has hosted a couple of fundraisers for the rescue group.
