For the past couple years, SanTan Brewing in Chandler has been ramping up a distilling operation. Now, its first spirits are available.
SanTan Distilling has released three small-batch offerings:
- Sacred Stave American Single Malt Whiskey
- SanTan Vodka
- Kaffir Lime Vodka
All three will be distributed to restaurants, bars, and retail stores throughout Arizona by Young’s Market.
Brant Gasparek, who was the head chef when the brewpub opened in 2007, has returned to serve as head distiller.
