Salad and Go, a fast-growing East Valley-based chain of drive-through salad shops, announced its 15th store will be constructed on the southeast corner of Gilbert and Queen Creek in south Chandler.
Roushaun Cristofellis and her husband, Tony, launched the concept in 2013 as a healthy alternative to the fast-food drive-throughs in their Gilbert neighborhood.
In five years, they have opened 12 locations across the Valley. Two more are under construction in Queen Creek and northeast Phoenix.
The menu offers 10 gourmet salads (or wraps) created by Bourbon Steak chef Daniel Patino. A separate breakfast menu has egg-white burritos, quinoa bowls, and power wraps.
Look for the south Chandler opening late this year or in early 2019.
