JP Pancake, a 9-year-old breakfast and lunch restaurant on the southeast corner of Val Vista and Baseline in Gilbert, has closed.
The owner posted the news on the restaurant’s Facebook page:
‘‘I am very proud of the work that we put into JP and have met so many amazing people that not a moment of regret fills my mind or my heart. Sometimes in life you give something all you have and it’s just not enough. Thank you for the laughs and the tears. Stay well and be kind to each other.’’
JP Pancake was famous for its massive oven-baked Apple Pancakes (pictured).
