Tosinos Mexican Grill, a 5-year-old eastMesa restaurant specializing in the cuisine of central Mexico, has opened a second location on Warner, just east of Gilbert Road, in Gilbert.
The fast-casual restaurant takes over the space that formerly was home to Happy Joe’s Pizza & Ice Cream, which closed at the beginning of this year.
Tosinos offers a menu of hard and soft tacos ($2.59-$3.05), burritos ($4.25-$6,75), enchiladas ($5.10), quesadillas ($4.25-$6.75), and combo plates.
The Gilbert location is open 7 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.
