Urbanh Cafe, a Vietnamese sandwich (bánh mì) and dessert shop, has opened next to Lee Lee International Supermarkets on the northeast corner of Dobson and Warner in Chandler.

It takes over the strip-mall space that formerly housed Bambu drinks shop.

Besides seven different bánh mì ($4.50-$5.50), there are 10 Vietnamese desserts ($5-$5.75), including the Urbanh Special with longan, basil seeds, taro jelly, pandan jelly, green tapioca, and coconut juice.

There also are Vietnamese smoothies ($4.75), yogurts ($5.25), coffees ($4), and milk and fruit teas ($4).

Urbanh Cafe is open 9 a.m.-9 p.m. daily except Tuesdays, when it opens at 1 p.m.
