SunUp Brewing in Phoenix will hold its summer seasonal beer dinner – featuring four food courses from chef Joshua Pace and five beers – at 6 p.m. Friday, July 13.
- Meet & greet beer: Session Lager
- Appetizer:Â Caribbean spiced shrimp cocktail served chilled with horseradish-pineapple dipping sauce (paired with Session Irish Red)
- Salad: Southwestern lettuce wrap with sliced chayote, carrots, potatoes, and roasted corn salsa, wrapped in a tender Boston lettuce leaf with blackberry reduction (paired with Apricot Pilsner)
- Entrée: Smokey-sweet salmon served chilled with grilled apples, crisp snap peas, and a strawberry-and-rose compote (paired with Blended Barrel Harmony)
- Dessert: Mosaic Gelatin with layers of cream, orange, lemon, and raspberry gelatin studded with fresh fruits (paired with Chocolate Rasberry Vanilla Porter Cask)
