The Perch Pub & Brewery in downtown Chandler will host its first beer dinner featuring Perch ales at 6 p.m. Monday, July 30.
The four-course menu (pictured above):
- Candied pork belly salad: Arugula, pickled carrots, radishes, Hefeweizen white balsamic vinaigrette, raspberry-chipotle glaze. Paired with All Saints Hefeweizen (5.2% ABV).
- Seared elk tenderloin: Pan-seared elk, fried potato, poached egg, rich white cheddar beer cheese, balsamic reduction. Paired with Citra on My 7 East Coast IPA (7.6%).
- Beer-braised pork shank: Braised red cabbage, Point Reyes bleu cheese mashed potatoes, beer mustard demi glaze. Paired with Backseat Domestics barleywine (10.0%).
- White chocolate espresso: Cinnamon-cocoa crepes, white chocolate mousse, coffee brown creme anglaise, sugar-dusted mint leaves. Paired with Bird Cafe coffee-infused brown ale (8.0%).
