The 11th annual SanTan Brewing Oktoberfest will take place from 3-11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at Dr. A.J. Chandler Park in downtown Chandler.
Besides plenty of food and drink, the fest will feature polka music, a brat-eating contest, a stein-holding competition, tricycle races, and wiener dog races.
Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers will return to rock the crowd.
SanTan will be selling its seasonal Oktoberfest lager, as well as several other of its beers, in a Bavarian-style beer garden.
General-admission tickets are on sale online for $12, although you’ll be able to buy them at any Bashas’ store for $10 starting Sept. 1. Tickets will be $15 at the gate. (Kids 12 and under get in free).
GA tickets do not include food or beverage, which must be purchased separately.
A limited number of 21-and-over VIP tickets are available online only for $125 and include six alcoholic beverages, unlimited soft drinks and water, catered food, private seating and restrooms, and front stage access.
