Farmboy, the recently farm-to-table smokehouse restaurant in south Chandler, will host a Four Peaks beer and food tasting at 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2.
The pairings will include a special ale from the Tempe brewery’s Single Tank series:
- 1st course: Adobo pulled pork on a Sonoran flour tortilla with agua chili. Paired with Four Peaks Peach Ale.
- 2nd course: Arizona grass-raised slider, Molovin Farm sliced Anna apple, spicy citrus cabbage, and caramel mustard. Paired with Four Peaks Single Tank Brew.
- 3rd course:Â Pecan-smoked Arizona grass-raised beef tenderloin, sourdough crostini, Crow’s Dairy whipped chevre, and pesto. Paired with Four Peaks Hop Knot IPA.
