The Hungry Monk in Chandler is expanding its monthly Beer & Bacon Night into a new promo – Secret Ingredient Pairing Night – debuting at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9.
Like its predecessor, Secret Ingredient Night will feature several beers from a brewery paired with four or five special dishes from beer chef Gidi Goldberg.
The inaugural promo will focus on Dogfish Head beers, including its acclaimed 120 Minute IPA, and rib eye steak.
