Romeo’s Euro Cafe in downtown Gilbert will host its monthly ‘‘3rd Tuesday’’dinner – featuring new food dishes paired with some servers’ favorite wines – at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21.
The three-course dinners feature three new dishes from chef Romeo Taus’ creative kitchen crew paired with three wines selected by the knowledgeable waitstaff:
- Spicy Pollo Kale Salad: Shredded kale, corn, grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, and cannellini beans. Paired with 2014 St. Hallett Poacher’s white blend.
- Argentine Lamb: Leg of lamb, haricot verts, roasted red peppers, poblanos and red potatoes, and chimichurri. Paired with
Rashi Claret red blend - Chocolate & Raspberries. Paired with 2016 Imagery Estate Winery Cabernet Sauvignon.
