Flying Basset Brewing in Gilbert is expanding its hours and food menu this fall.
Starting in September, the brewpub will be open on Mondays from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. (It’s currently closed on Mondays.)
In addition, Flying Basset will introduce a Saturday and Sunday brunch menu starting Sept. 1. The menu will be announced soon.
The brewpub, which opened in January, now offers 11 of its own beers among its 25 taps.
