JC’s Steakhouse in Gilbert will hold its monthly four-course bourbon pairing dinner at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22.
- 1st course: Shrimp and grits, paired with Blanton original single barrel.
- 2nd course: Maple-glazed figs and bacon on a bed of grilled romaine hearts with a bleu cheese fondue, paired with Hudson rye whiskey Manhattan.
- 3rd course: Steak loaf, garlic and cheddar smashed potato, and charred Brussels sprouts, paired with Templeton Rye Old Fashioned.
- 4th course: Chocolate-strawberry souffle, paired with Amador double barrel bourbon.
