Flying Basset Brewing in Gilbert launches its much-anticipated weekend breakfast menu on Saturday, Sept. 1.
Some of the new offerings, which are served from 8-11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday:
- Spent-grain pancakes ($7.25)
- Basset Benedict with country potatoes ($10.75)
- Basset Burrito with eggs, meat, cheese, and green chiles ($9.75)
- Breakfast nachos with scrambled eggs and sausage gravy ($10.25)
- Chicken-fried steak with two eggs and toast/biscuit ($11.75)

In other news, Flying Basset:
- Will be showing football games on all eight of its TVs on Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
- Will be open Mondays (the one day it was closed), starting on Sept. 3. Hours will be 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
- Will move Thursday night bingo to Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m., starting Sept. 4.
In addition, Flying Basset has begun distributing its beers to other restaurants and bars. Look for them at The Stadium Club, The Brass Tap, The Casual Pint (late Sept.), High Tide, The Yucca Taproom, Blasted Barley, Murphy’s Law, Craft 64, and Top’s Liquor.
