The Brickyard Downtown in Chandler will host an End of Summer Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17.
The menu:
- Amuse-bouche: Ahi Tartar with blood orange caviar, yuzu koshu, ponzu, pickled jalapeño, micro cilantro, and furikake. Paired with Blood Orange, Beets, and Battlestar Galactica, an aperitif with acai cascadia, quinquina dry, blood orange beet shrub, and bubbles.
- 1st course: Carpaccio bibimbap with beef tenderloin, black garlic aioli, mushrooms rice crisp, bean sprouts, kimchee, and quail egg. Paired with Tatomer Vandenberg Riesling 2015.
- 2nd course: Mushroom tart with puff pastry, trumpet duxelle, goat cheese pepper relish, chimichurri, and hollandaise. Paired with Domaine Eden Pinot Noir 2014.
- 3rd course: Rabbit Season, Duck Season with confit rabbit hind, Scottish duck egg, white bean cassoulet, cherry demi-glace, and spicy Chinese mustard. Paired with Telmo Rodriguez Corriente Red Blend 2014
- Dessert: Cream cheese chiffon with fresh berries and mint powdered sugar. Paired with Big Trouble in Little Chai-na, a digestif with Chai Tea Don Q, Fernet Menta, lime, orgeat, cream soda, and mint whipped cream.
