After closing for a week for renovations, 10-year-old Queen’s Pizzeria & Cafe in downtown Mesa reopened over the weekend with a new look.
New owners have made several notable changes – the most obvious being a new logo and freshly painted red-and-black color scheme. More TVs are being added.
AÂ revised menu offers similar fare but features improved-quality ingredients and some lower prices. A full vegan menu also is available.
Another change is Queen’s no longer will close during the day. New hours are 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.
A variety of entertainment, including karaoke, trivia, and live music, will take place in the evenings.
