The Hungry Monk in Chandler will hold its monthly Secret Ingredient Night from 5-9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13.
This month’s featured brewery will be McFate Brewing from Scottsdale, and the ingredient will be citrus.
(Disregard the mention of Dogfish Head on the menu. It should say McFate.)
