The poke craze is showing no signs of slowing down. The East Valley’s latest concept? Poke Fuzion, which has taken over the old Chipotle location on the southeast corner of U.S. 60 and Superstition Springs in east Mesa.
Besides poke bowls with beds of rice or greens, Poke Fuzion offers ‘‘sushi burritos’’ with the seafood and rice rolled up in a seaweed wrap.
Poke bowls and sushi burritos both are $8.99, which includes two scoops of protein and toppings. Extra scoops are $1.75. Premium toppings are 75 cents.
Thai tea and boba tea are available.
Poke Fuzion is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
