Flying Basset Brewing in Gilbert has launched a new happy hour menu of $6 food items available from 3-6 p.m. and 8 p.m.-close Monday-Friday:
- Chicken & Waffles: Three fried chicken tenders, quartered buttermilk waffle, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Served with Basset Hound breakfast syrup.
- Red-Eye Quesadilla: Six-inch flour tortilla with shredded jack cheese, pulled pork, caramelized onions. Garnished with shredded cabbage and pico de gallo. Topped with our Red- Eye Black Ale sweet and spicy sauce.
- Taquitos de Pappas: Five hand-rolled potato and onion taquitos served with a freshly made mild guajillo chile sauce. Topped with homemade crema and guacamole. Garnished with shredded cabbage and carrot slivers.
- Pork Green Chile Dip:Â Healthy portion of fresh-cooked pork chicharrones served with a cup of our house pork green chile dip. Garnished with a side of fresh pico de gallo.
- Street Corn Named Desire: Grilled street corn coated in a garlic cream sauce, rolled in Chester’s hot corn crumbles. Garnish with drizzle of crema and parsley flakes.
- Tot’chos: Bed of tots topped with black beans, shredded jack-cheddar cheese, sliced jalapenos, and fresh pico de gallo. Garnished with a drizzle of homemade crema.
Drink specials remain unchanged: $3 Flying Basset beers, $4 house wines, and $5 specialty cocktails.
