Now we know what’s taking over the recently vacated Wimpy’s Paradise space in downtown Chandler: Mingle+Graze, described as ‘‘a cheese bar and kitchen.’’
The focus will be artisanal cheese and charcuterie, specifically boards and platters to go or dine-in.
Mingle+Graze also will offer a small menu of sandwiches, soups, and food items reflecting the owners’ Persian and Chilean roots.
A liquor license is planned.
Mingle+Graze hopes to open in December.
