Flancer’s in Gilbert and Mesa is taking orders for its popular Southwest-inspired Thanksgiving meals to go.
This year’s menu includes:
- Butternut squash soup with ancho red chile and toasted pumpkin seed garnish
- Slow-roasted Diestel turkey breast (from a family-owned, sustainable farm in Sonoma County, Calif.)
- Made-from-scratch gravy
- Fresh sage-apple-walnut stuffing
- Seasonal vegetables with roasted garlic and fresh herbs
- Savory sweet potato and Yukon Gold potato latkes
- House-made cranberry-orange relish
- Pumpkin bread pudding with real maple caramel sauce
Cost is $31 per person. Orders of six or more receive one free dinner.
Dinners are packaged and sold cold with heating instructions and must be picked up on Wednesday, Nov. 21.
You can add Flancer’s freshly baked baguettes for $2.75 apiece. Menu items also can be purchased individually.
