The Hungry Monk in Chandler hosts its monthly Secret Ingredient Pairing from 5-9 p.m. today. This month’s secret ingredient is bourbon, and the featured brewery is Founders from Grand Rapids, Mich.
The menu features four bourbon-inspired dishes from beer chef Gidi Goldberg:
