Zinqué, a California-based concept described as ‘‘buzzing neighborhood hub by day and hip wine bar by night,’’ is coming to Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The coffee and wine bar will join the recently announced Nobu just outside the shopping center’s luxury wing anchored by Neiman Marcus.
Inspired by the zinc-topped bars of Paris, Zinqué features a European-style all-day menu that ranges from quiche and panini to cheese and charcuterie. Entrees include tartines, whole grilled fish, moules-frites, and ratatouille.
Bread is imported from the famous Poilâne Bakery in Paris and coffee from world-renowned La Colombe.
Zinqué currently has locations in Venice, West Hollywood, and Newport Beach, Calif.
No date for the opening has been announced, but construction is expected to begin soon.
