Yet another restaurant has been announced for the new luxury wing at Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The latest addition is Farmhouse, a Los Angeles restaurant that takes ‘‘farm-to-table’’ to a new level.
The restaurant employs an ‘‘executive farmer,’’ Nathan Peitso, whose family farm produces top-quality ingredients for its seasonal menus.
The menu features salads, sandwiches, and pizzas for lunch, and steaks, chicken, and seafood entrees for dinner.
The Scottsdale location, which will be Farmhouse’s second, isn’t expected to open in Scottsdale until 2020, when it will join recently announcee Nobu and Zinqué.
