After years of delays, we finally have an opening date for Overstreet, formerly known as The Row, on the southwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Chandler Boulevard in downtown Chandler.
Or at least a portion of it.
The new development’s anchor – Flix Brewhouse – will hold its official grand opening on Wednesday, Dec. 19, with Disney’s reboot of ‘‘Mary Poppins.’’
Besides nine theaters and an extensive food menu, Flix will have a 55-foot-long bar with 48 taps.
The Texas-based chain says it will dedicate 23 of those taps to Arizona beers.
