ATL Wings, a local chain considered by many to serve the best chicken wings in the Valley, has opened its sixth location on the southwest corner of Kyrene and Warner in south Tempe.
It’s the concept’s second foray into Tempe. A year-old store on the northeast corner of McClintock and Southern closed earlier this year.
ATL, which stands for ‘‘All the Luv,’’ offers wings (six for $5.99) in 20 different flavors, including its signature ATL Style Dry Rub.
Other popular menu items are the housemade biscuits (two for $1.99) and three flavors of Kool-Aid.
ATL Wings is open 11 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
