As the government shutdown enters its second month, Sal’s Gilbert Pizza has stepped up with a generous offer for cash-strapped workers.
The Gilbert restaurant is giving $30 gift cards to any furloughed or unpaid federal worker. The card can be used anytime.
Workers simply need to stop at the Gilbert restaurant and show a valid government ID.
Sal’s Gilbert Pizza is located in Gilbert Town Square on the west side of Gilbert Road halfway between Warner and Ray.
