Bold Roost Espresso Bar & Cafe has announced it will close Wednesday, Jan. 30, after seven years on the northeast corner of Higley and Ray in Gilbert.
‘‘We are saddened to say that this Wednesday, January 30th, will be our last day in business. We wanted to thank everyone that supported us for nearly 7 years! Thank you for sharing your stories and life with us. We are going a different direction right now with business and putting more time into our family. We will truly miss seeing everyone.’’
The venue specialized in breakfast scrambles, panini sandwiches, and naan bread pizzas. It hosted a wide range of activities, including karaoke, yoga, and painting classes.
