Scramble, a locally owned chain of breakfast-and-lunch restaurants, has opened its first East Valley location near Alamo Drafthouse Cinema on the northwest corner of Lakeshore and Baseline in south Tempe.
It’s the popular fast-casual concept’s fourth location, joining two in Phoenix and another in Scottsdale.
Scramble’s signature breakfast item is the Brizza, a breakfast pizza, which comes in six varieties. There also are omelets, breakfast burros, pancakes, and French toast.
The lunch options consist of five salads and nine sandwiches. A six-item vegan menu is available all day.
The restaurant also offers coffee drinks, smoothies, and a dog-friendly patio.
Scramble is open 6 a.m.-2 p.m. daily.
