Bubble Noodle, a fast-casual Vietnamese noodle bar and boba tea shop, has opened southeast of Alma School and Southern – across from the former Fiesta Mall – in west Mesa (map).
It takes over the former Fresh Millions Restaurant, which closed last fall, in the same strip-mall complex with Draft Sports Grill and Barro’s Pizza.
Bubble Noodle offers build-your-own noodle bowls ($8.50-$10.50) with three choices of soup bases – bubble (pork), pho (beef), or wonton (pork) – to which you can add proteins and toppings.
Quick bites include eggs rolls, salt and pepper tofu, calamari, and fried bread sticks.
Build-your-own bubble teas are $3.25-$4.15 ($4.25-$5.25 with toppings).
Bubble Noodle is open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Friday and noon-6 p.m. Saturday. Closed Sunday.
