We now have an opening date for Culinary Dropout at the Yard, the newest addition to the downtown Gilbert dining scene.
Fox Restaurant Concepts announced the 25,000-square-foot venue will open Wednesday, April 3, on the northeast corner of Gilbert Road and Hearn Way.
That’s just north of OHSO Brewery and across Gilbert Road from Barrio Queen.
It will the seventh location for the concept, including ones in Tempe and Scottsdale.
Culinary Dropout’s menu features classic American dishes like fried chicken drizzled with honey, 36-hour pork ribs, and meatloaf.
Like other Yard locations, an outdoor entertainment area will have games like cornhole and ping-pong.
