Amici Pizza, the recently rebranded Buono’s Pizza in southwest Mesa, has announced a new $15 eggplant rollatini special.
If you’re unfamiliar with rollatini, thin slices of eggplant are topped with ricotta and seasonings, then rolled up and baked.
The all-day special, which is ongoing, includes a salad, choice of pasta, and fresh bread.
