Paradise Kitchen, a small restaurant specializing in Thai and Vietnamese dishes, has opened on the southwest corner of Alma School and Ray in Chandler.

It takes over the strip-mall space formerly occupied by Thai Paradise.

Entrees range from traditional Thai sweet and sour soup (tom yum, pictured) to chicken and stir-fried noodles (pad see ew) to Vietnamese crispy fried egg noodle (mì xào giòn).

Paradise Kitchen is open 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 10 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
