Ahipoki celebrates its three-year anniversary Monday, April 1, by offering 50% off all poke bowls. Two lucky people will win free poke bowls for a year.
Poke, a Japanese-influenced Hawaiian dish of diced fish, vegetables, and a variety of toppings served over rice, has been of the country’s hottest restaurant trends.
Ahipoki launched in Temple City, Calif., in December 2015. It opened its second location in Scottsdale in April 2016.
Today, the company has 17 restaurants in California and 11 in Arizona, including Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek. It’s been named one of the “Top 10 Poke Restaurants in the Nation†by USA Today.
You can enter the contest for free poke bowls for a year online through Monday or at any Ahipoki location on Monday. No purchase is necessary, but you must be 18 or over.
The two winners – one from California and one from Arizona – will be announced Friday, April 5.
