San Diego-based Broken Yolk Cafe, which opened its first Arizona location in Mesa four years ago, has launched a location in Chandler.
It takes over the former Panera Bread end-cap space next to the Harkins Chandler Crossroads movie theaters on the northwest corner of Gilbert and Germann.
(Panera Bread left the space to open a stand-alone building with a drive-through across the parking lot in 2017.)
The breakfast menu offers a dozen specialty omelets and a half-dozen types of eggs Benedict, as well as pancakes, waffles, and French toast.
Burgers, sandwiches, and salads are available for lunch.
The Broken Yolk Cafe is open 6 a.m.-3 p.m. seven days a week.
