Serrano’s Mexican Restaurants offering ‘Carolyn’s Special’ in April

Serrano’s, a group of five family-owned Mexican restaurants, is offering an April special inspired by one of its owners.

Through April 30, you can get a shrimp fajita taco salad – a crispy flour tortilla shell filled with fresh salad and topped with grilled shrimp fajitas along with guacamole, queso fresco, and cilantro – for just $13.99.

The dish is a favorite of Carolyn Serrano, one of the eight siblings who own the restaurants.
